Counter Strike Global Offensive!

Yo betcha son, there's another release coming out! There's not a ton of info on this release yet but so far it's nothing to get all excited over. Look for a public Beta before years end.

I hate to say but Valve has screwed the pooch on this one as this is said to be just a new release to get the title into the console world. I believe all pc gamers and fans of this title are going to be in for a big disappointment. There's said to be no real major updates and the models are the same and even some of the same maps will be utilized. Valve should've listened to the long time players of this franchise, hell version 1.6 has many better features then both the newer Condition Zero and Source titles so you'd think they'd had taken some feedback and try to make one hell of a kick ass game and laugh at the lame Call of Dog Duty series games. Oh well, I guess we'll see once it's out so keep your fingers crossed, I just hope they don't screw over the pc gamers even more and take away the self hosting and admin/customization mods.

Yes it's true, the most brutal WoW slaughtering game is now totally free and only requires a capable computer to download and play.

Portal 2 picks up 300 years after the events of the first Portal. Once again, players will fill the nonexistent shoes of Chell, who has been kept in stasis since the end of the original game, having recently been "re-acquired" by an unknown party. The player is assisted by a personality core who can do things such as open doors and other things to help the player get situated with gameplay and story elements. GLaDOS has awakened and is slowly rebuilding the facility that has already gotten corroded over time by the wildlife outside. Portal 2 will feature a brand new single-player story along with the new addition of co-op multiplayer.

Here's some new additions to environment features:

Aerial Faith Plates - pressure-triggered pads that launch objects in a particular direction with great force.

Excursion Funnels - a kind of zero gravity conveyor belt that can be redirected by portals.

Pneumatic Diversity Vent - similar to cube tubes in the first game, these vacuum vents are large enough to transport many objects and can even remove loose wall tiles.

Propulsion Gel - a kind of oil slick ejected from a dispenser that can be spread across surfaces via portals to enable fast running.

Repulsion Gel - a rubber like substance ejected from a dispenser that creates a trampoline effect upon surface contact.

Thermal Discouragement Beam - a fixed position laser that can be redirected by portals and aimed by portable optic cubes.

If you haven't played the first Dead Space I'd highly recommend it as it's one a very interesting game with good story line, great graphics, intense action, minor puzzles, and will keep you on the edge of your seat with it's very eerie and twisted content.

Isaac Clarke returns for another adventure in this sequel to the critically acclaimed horror adventure. After waking from a coma on a massive space city known as "The Sprawl," the lone survivor of a horrific alien infestation finds himself confronting a catastrophic new nightmare. Battlefield Bad Company 2
EA's Battlefield Bad Company� 2 brings new exciting Battlefield gameplay to the PC and next gen consoles, featuring modern military style combat set across a variety of maps each with different tactical focuses. This latest release brings new vehicles like the ATV and the UH-60 transport helicopter for new multiplayer tactics in the warzone. A new graphics engine has been added that gives a much more realistic experience such as a fully destructive environment.

Gamepay
The setup is a little different from the other Battlefield iterations. Players compete in 4-player teams in 2 exclusive squad-only game modes, loan wolfing it isn't the best option as fighting together to unlock exclusive team awards and achievements is the way to go. Spawn on your squad to get straight into the action and use gadgets such as the tracer dart in conjunction with the RPG to pwn enemies. The game has an rpg type award system that gives an extensive range of pins, insignias, and stars along with 50 dedicated ranks to achieve. Also with the award system you'll receive an unlockable range of customizable kits, weapons, and vehicles. With 4 distinct character classes, dozens of weapons, several gadgets and specializations, players have over 15,000 kit variations to discover and master. So have fun struggling as a noob with the default weapons as you'll need to spend lots of time building your character up to get all the really cool stuff.
This game a big following and most of the initial bugs appear to have been sorted so what are you waiting for?
